PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Goosebump Hat Company cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather, carrier delays and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Southern California.

  • How much does shipping cost? All domestic and  international shipping will vary by location.
  • How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number


Processing Time:

Processing time is defined as the time it takes for us to receive your order in our system, assemble the hat, pack, and prepare for shipment. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see processing times below:


Standard, Priority, International Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Processes next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).

One Day Shipping: Same day processing, order must be placed before or by 12pm.



Shipping Time:

Shipping time is defined as the time it takes for Goosebump to assemble your hat orders (1-2 days), shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once it has shipped from our warehouse, Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
